A Modest Post-Jam Patch!


Good day to everyone and their mimic families - I hope you all are doing well!

First and foremost, thank you to everyone who tried out my game during the Trijam voting period! It means a lot that I had a lot of different people trying out this game and finding joy in something I cranked out in 4ish hours, which is nice! And I ranked 4th in the jam's results, which is awesome!

Second, I felt that there were a few things I'd wanted to correct thanks to feedback, so I've released a patch for the game. The following changes and fixes were introduced to the game:

  • Fixed a bug where the player could get stuck in a static mode after a wave was completed
  • Fixed a bug in which enemies would not deal damage to the door protecting the mimics
  • Added a minimap to the top-right hand corner so it's easy to see where everything is
  • Controller support
  • Some other small tweaks
