A Small Post-Jam Update

Hey everyone, a new update is available with some small changes that make the game slightly better. Here are the changes:
- Added touchscreen controls
- Danger orbs appear more often
- Danger orbs can now move vertically on ladders and ropes
- Fixed bugs that showed up in the jam version
